People are Dumb: ""Why won't the doors open?"

Normally my morning commute to university is uneventual but today something joyful happened. I arrived at the train station this morning as normal, found a seat and sat down. About 5 minutes later, up walks a group of around 8-9 guys suitcases in tow nearly shouting at the top of their voices. I don't know if 10.30am is too early to be drunk but then again it's Scotland so anything's possible.

Anyway, the train is sitting there and the doors have not been opened as the conductor usually doesn't board the train until 5 minutes before it leaves. Apperently, this group has never heard of this so proceeded to press the open door button around 50 times wondering why nothing was happening. Every time they pressed it, i laughed. I may be cruel but there is precious little entertainment in Kilmarnock Train Station and laughing at the stupid is about as good as it gets.
