Forrest Griffin out of UFC 70 bout against Machida.

As I noticed earlier this evening, Forrest Griffin's name had been removed from the UFC.com lineup for UFC 70. I wasn't sure if that was just a site mistake like those you'd find on WWE.com but turns out he really is injured.

It seems that Griffin is out with a staff infection and UFC tried to get Keith Jardine and Jason Lambert as substitutes. They're still looking for a new opponent for Machida. This was to be on of the major televised bouts for the show headlined by Mirko Cro Cop Vs. Gabriel Gonzaga.
