WWE RAW 3/19/07 Live Coverage
Welcome to another edition of WWE RAW. It'll be interesting to see how good JBL is against Michaels tonight.
Regular opening video. I'm surprised that they didn't play the Trump/Vince video with what happened last week added.
HBK and JBL start out the show, which really surprises me. King and JR make some witty comments about JBLs stretch limo. He comes out of the limo with his business suit on and also has a mic and says the only place he'll come out of retirement is NYC. He then runs HBK down about not taking a sneak attack shot on Cena because he knows he can't beat him. HBK grabs his mic and says that no mind games is the greatest mind game of all and assures him he's gonna be WWE Champion. He's goes on for a little longer then clobbers JBL with Sweet Chin Music.
Commercial.
Backstage with Edge and Orton. Orton complains about his match last week on ECW. Orton says that there's a Battle Royal tonight for Edge's spot in the MITB Ladder match.
We're now onto the Masterlock Challenge. Lashley is up tonight and Masters doesn't look too scared right now. Masters having trouble sinching it in. Exchange of slaps and Masters finally gets the Masterlock on. The Masterlock is finally broken!!!

Another video of Ashley's Playboy shoot. I don't think they've ever promoted a Playboy shoot like this before.
Backstage with Vince, Coach and security who stop Lashley and is escorted out by security. Vince runs into Maria then has something spilled on him by Eugene. Vince asks for Umaga then Simmons comes along, looks at Vince's tie then says his catch phrase.

We have Ric Flair, Super Crazy, Vis, Val Venis, Worlds Greatest Tag Team, Nitro, Carlito, Kenny and Edge. Everybody works together to take out Vis. Edge is on the outside looking like he has problems with his knee. Super Crazy is next out by WGTT.

Val Venis and Hass taken out during the break. There are now EMTs out for Edge. Shelton taken out by Flair. Kenny and Nitro taken out by Flair and Carlito respectively. Exchange of punches and chops with Carlito getting the advantage and tries to take Flair out but Flair hangs on. Carlito tries to clothesline Flair out but Flair backdrops him out then Edge sneaks up on Flair and throws him out.
Vince McMahon has now come out and has security take the barber chair and accessories to the ring.

Vince now in the ring and introduces Umaga. Looks like they've dropped that stupid "I'm Special!" gimmick for Eugene. That won't save him in this match though. Typical squash for Umaga. They force him into the barber chair, strap him in then Vince cuts his hair.

Candice is in the ring. She challenges Melina who is now out on the ramp. She runs down Candice for everything she's done and says Playboy is beneath her. Looks like Melina has now become the new ho based on what Candice just said. We've got a Bra and Panties match coming up!

Melina is in control as we come back but Candice fights back with a submission move that allows her to take Melina's pants off. Melina now has Candice's top off. Melina gets the win and Ashley comes out right away. She kicks Melina in the stomach then takes off her top. Great Khali has now come out and looks like he's going to do something to Ashley but Lawler comes in for the save which gets him double-handed chokeslammed. JR is quiet after Lawler gets chokeslammed.

Video of more celebrities saying Trump should get his head shaved. Todd Grisham is now out for commentary.
Jeff Hardy is coming out for his match against Orton and is selling from his match with Khali last week. Orton is working over Hardy's back with a Boston Crab but Jeff makes it to the ropes. Jeff gets a nearfall and Edge comes out who sets a ladder in the ring. Orton uses it for a DQ then challenges Edge to come in. That is enough distraction for Jeff to hit the Twist of Fate on Orton then sets the ladder up and hits a move on Orton.

Trailer for Austin's film. This looks decent from the trailer. Rundown of the WM23 card.
Backstage with Vince and Coach. Vince is on the phone with an unidentified person. He's made a match with himself against Lashley for next week but Coach has some concerns.
HBK has come out again and is going to do commentary for the Cena/Benoit match.

Eugene is shown backstage with a bald head.
Benoit has now come out for his match against Cena. Slugfest with Benoit gaining control. Couple of nearfalls from Benoit and Cena fights back. Cena takes too long to hit Benoit in the corner and he takes back control with a Sharpshooter but Cena gets to the ropes. Trifecta of German Suplexes and Cena moves out of the way of the diving headbutt. Five Knuckle Shuffle but Benoit reverses into the crossface and Cena reverses that into the STFU for the win. HBK comes in and fakes superkicking Cena who in turn fakes FUing HBK. JBL is back out and announces that HBK and Cena are going to take on Batista and Undertaker next week to close the show.
