Mauricio Rua signs with UFC

According to WWW.UFCJunkie.com Dana White confirmed the signing but not the debut earlier today. Rua would immediately be a top contender for whomever is the Light Heavyweight Champion after Liddell-Jackson this weekend. Rua is my pick for the fighter most able to beat Chuck Liddell.
