will hold its premier fight card in Las Vegas at the Orleans Arena on Saturday, July 7, 2007, and will be broadcast in hi-definition (HDTV) on Mark Cuban's

Beastman" Eastman (13-7-1) against Rob "The Rosedale Reaper" Kimmons (17-2) for the IFO Middleweight championship; and Brandon Shelton (15-1) against Eric
Payne (20-6) for the IFO Featherweight championship.
The Orleans Arena, constructed in 2003 for $85 million, is home to the Las Vegas Wranglers professional hockey team and the Las Vegas Gladiators arena football
team.
