Raw Rating for 07/09/2007

Last night's Raw did a 3.37 rating with a 3.04 first hour and a 3.69 second hour.

That's the lowest Raw Rating on a non-holiday in quite some time and I've got no idea what the reason/excuse/rationalization is going to be.
