The Season Starts now?

Jerry McDonald has his thoughts on the game over at IBA's Raiders Blog

I agree with him that the bye week and 2 less than stellar opponents is a good thing for the Raiders at this point, but I seriously don't think it will make that much of a difference.

Also on the blog, there is a recount of a conversation between Tim Brown and Art Shell about Jerry Porter.

I also agree with McDonald if Shell wants Porter back in the fold then he should be the bigger man and deal with the issue. Don't wait for Porter to come to you.

In other news, the Broncos Vs. Chiefs game has picked up a bit now that I've actually started watching it.
