Every other singer is tied for first, but as I said Art's no, not just his second favorite singer but really he's in the top 5 on Art's list of favorite people, I mean just go to SNH search for him and marvel at the positive things Art has to say:

WWE announced this afternoon that Kevin Federline would return again this week on Raw, appearing in the corner of Johnny Nitro when Nitro wrestles WWE championJohn Cena. This all being done as a way to cross promote Federline's upcoming CD.
