OC Times Feature: Funny in retrospect
Welcome to a feature that may regularly start to appear on the Times, depending on how often one of us finds one of these.
The feature is titled "Funny in retrospect" where we look back at how something happened or at something that was said, that because of subsequent events has become funny in retrospect. The first edition is this quote:
It comes from the Q&A for UFC fighter Melvin Guillard
He of failed test for cocaine and 27 second loss to Stevenson fame.
Now you hopefully see the point of "Funny in Retrospect". Enjoy

Thoughts on upcoming opponent, Joe Stevenson? He’s just a little jiu-jitsu rat if you ask me. He has no hands, no standup – he’s telling everybody that
he wants to stand up with me, but I know that’s BS. I know he’s gonna want to take me down and try to submit me. He’s jiu-jitsu, and I’m American Whu-Hit-U,
so who would you put your money on?
