For those that don't know how this works, say you've got the Nogueira Vs. Herring fight. Nogueira being -1000 means you have to bet a thousand dollars to win 100. Betting Herring, if you bet 100 dollars and he wins, you can win $600.

Not that I'd encourage such things, but my philosophy on betting UFC would be only bet when you've got an underdog you're sure on. It really isn't worth betting the favorites unless you bet a lot, and some of the underdogs aren't worth it either. Betting a hundred on Rashad to win $110 isn't that great. That also tells me Rashad is getting a lot of play.
