Ratings for Thursday's UFC and TNA programming
Lower than usual for both shows.
Ultimate Fighter did a 1.1
Impact did a 0.7
There are any number of reasons that people might give for the low ratings but to me it comes down to one thing:
The NFL hurt both shows.
It will be interesting to see how future Thursday night's play out with the NFL against UFC/TNA but with the games on NFL network a channel that still a lot of people miss out on.
It just goes to show that for as popular as UFC is now and even for as popular as wrestling was at its peak, it only takes a football game to throw things out of usual patterns.
