Time to lighten up?
Jerry McDonald over at IBA's Raiders blog seems to think so.
He makes some good points:
If the Raiders were to win in Baltimore this sunday then a lot of Monday would be forgotten.
However, I am not so sure that would be a good thing. I think Monday needs to stay fresh for awhile longer.
Now, it is true that there are 15 games to go and it is also true that a game does not a season make. It is also true that San Diego is a good team. I didn't Expect the Raiders to make the playoffs but Monday could be more than an aboration.
I do agree that they shouldn't have left John Paul Foschi as inactive and Corey Hulsey should've been active as well and Michael Huff should be on the field as often as possible.
Some curious things happened in this game and that's the part that makes me nervous.
