NFL: Albert Haynesworth suspended 5 games

According to PFT the NFL has handed down a 5 game suspention to Tennessee Titans defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth for his cheap shot on Dallas Cowboys center Andre Gurode on sunday.

I've got to agree with PFT:

The punishment is not severe enough. When you can get suspended a year for smoking Marijuana it is impossible to understand why intentionally harming another on the field of play doesn't constitute an equal or much harsher punishment.
