Some say this is a product of the RoH-Pro Wrestling Noah relationship, but I've got to think that Homicide being a TNA talent and likely to be pulled from RoH at any time might've also had something to do with it. Not knowing how long you'll have a guy makes it hard to commit to him as champion.
Just my theory I guess.

yeah you pretty much hit the nail on the head with that theory. Me and some friends last night said the same thing, TNA is slowly pulling that talent from ROH and only booking them on indy dates the office arranges.
