Dan Madigan Recap
Dr. Keith first asks how Dan came to write for WWE. Dan explains that it fell into his lap 'like a hot cup of coffee', after his agent sent one of his scripts into the WWE film division and was subsequently invited to write for the television shows. After viewing the Katie Vick storyline, Dan saw that anything was possible in WWE except maybe a CHILD SNUFF ANGLE. Dan then wrote a twenty page exorcism storyline resulting in Stephanie McMahon being exorcised on PPV, unsurprisingly; Steph loved the idea and offered him the job. Dan says he was the golden boy for all of five minutes.
Keith asks if Dan was tempted to write a Katie Vick film? Sadly not. When Dan pitched the story for See No Evil, the WWE Films guy declared 'VINCE IS GONNA FUCKIN' LOVE THIS.' The original idea was far more brutal than the finished product. Vince came up with the Kane masturbation scene and Kane's MONSTROUS MEMBER. Dan spoke out against Vince in a meeting whilst all of Vince's stooges remained quiet as Vince wanted Kane to have a THREE FOOT PENIS and Kane's evil mother.
Dan is friends with "Aliens" and "Near Dark" star Lance Henricksen and recommended him to Vince as giving Kane the rub but Vince never gave him the call. Dan says he never made the set of See No Evil in Australia. The original character of Jacob Goodnight was a lot darker but Dan says that Glen Jacobs did an excellent job. Dan wrote a scene where one of the teens was killed by a phone being rammed down her throat with another teen needing to retrieve the phone but the battery went dead. The scene never made the cut.
Keith asks if Dan felt the movie would've been more successful as the original title of "Eye Scream Man?" Dan disagrees. Dan explains that Vince didn't go out of the sports entertainment bubble and talks of the lack of promotion of the film. Keith asks if Dan was happy with the return of the hook to WWE TV and if he had named the hook. Dan says he came up with the hook idea and would have loved Kane to have KILLED The Great Khali with the hook.
Onto writing for RAW and the FROZEN NAZI storyline. Vince loved the original storyline set for Kenzo Suzuki and the Hirohito character. The Japanese Royal Family intervened and threatened to pull WWE off Japanese TV. Dan goes in depth to the Uber Nazi storyline where he wanted to involve the Jewish Paul Heyman. When Madigan first laid his eyes on John Heidenreich it was 'love at first sight.' Dan says he also wanted William Regal to play JACK THE RIPPER. Keith and Dan crave for a midget Hirohito: MINIHITO. Keith talks about his wrestling dream of somehow wanting to combine pro-wrestling with puppetry (and create something better then Rocco or Alex).
Dan talks about the origins of the Mordecai character and how Vince decided to drop it. Dan also explains helping with the Eugene and Carlito characters. Dan says how he wrote a promo for JBL degrading the Eddie Guerrero's mother with Eddie telling Dan how much he enjoyed it. Vince talk. Dan says how much Vince loves the business and the fans and talks of him working seven days a week.
Dan says he became friends with lot of the wrestlers even though he was told not to. Keith asks how Dan got on with the McMahon babies not to be confused by the Muppet Babies. Dan calls Stephanie 'ambitious' and puts over both Shane and Linda. He quit WWE after being in England for a PPV when his wife had a miscarriage and his father-in-law died. During the funeral, he had a phone call over missing an all-important Tough Enough meeting.
Keith asks about Dan's book Mondo Lucha A Go-Go and the foreword by the famous luchador, Kurt Angle. The original plan was for Eddie Guerrero to contribute stories to the book until Eddie's untimely death. Dan talks about the 'conflict of interests' in writing the book whilst working under Vince, Keith asks about the lack of luchadors in WWE, Vince claims that the fans would be confused with two masked wrestlers. Dan told Vince there a 'one hundred fucking thousand masked wrestlers in Mexico'. Dan doesn't believe that WWE would book Mistico properly if he signs for the promotion.
Future works for Dan include another film script, plus a script with a 'Mexican Freddie Kreuger' for Texas Chainsaw Massacre director Tobe Hooper and 'maybe another book'. Keith finishes by asking how Dan

Louden Noxious Recap
Louden apologizes for the ruckus as he is in the middle of a Kaiju Big Battel contract signing with Steam Powered Tentacle Boulder where Kaiju will own all rights of Steam Powered. Keith asks Louden to explain Kaiju to all the poseurs out there. Louden explains that Kaiju Big Battel is an epic battle of good versus evil. Keith calls Kaiju a Godzilla battle come to life. Louden disagrees saying the CITY CRUSHING MONSTERS are real.
Dr. Cube is brought up. Louden has a problem with evil doctors that create evil monsters. Dr. Keith sympathizes as there is an essence to having a cube on your head. Louden's favorite team in Kaiju is Las Plantanos although he tells the torrid tale when Pablo Plantain was MURDERED BY SILVER POTATO. Dusto Bunny is the Kaiju locker room leader. Keith doesn't want to hear about Dusto Bunny though, he wants to hear about the revenge that Pedro Plantain has in store for Silver Potato and Dr. Cube.
To conquer Dr. Cube, Louden suggests that we all FIGHT WITH MIGHT and cheer on the Kaiju heroes as our lives depend on it. Louden is very concerned with Dr. Cube disrespect towards Bob Saget in Chikara Pro. Apparently Bob Saget is tight with the Kaiju office that Dr. Cube has been forced to team with Call-Me-Kevin, who has never won a match, in the ECW Arena. Louden says he has even managed to defeat Call-Me-Kevin with a top-rope hair style maneuver.
Louden is afraid that Dr. Cube might get together in a non-gay way with UltraMantis Black. The Kaiju Commissioner will miss the ECW Arena show as he is busy with his Austrian chocolate factory. Louden tells Dr. Keith that you haven't seen a chicken until you see Tad Bradley. Keith demands to know more of this surfing chicken. After Four Horsemen DVD talk ('Paul Roma is all man'), Louden discusses his love for perfume his love for the smell of monsters, toxic slime, sweat, broken tables and chairs. Louden says he prefers Four Horsemen vitamins to a Kaiju fragrance.
More cologne talk with a time travelling cologne. Louden wants Keith to go back in time and make Paul Roma the greatest Horseman ever, Keith is worried over what may happen to Steve 'Mongo' McMicheal. 'You're so naive' Louden declares. Louden says how grateful he is each and every morning for the Kaiju heroes and thanks his 'lucky stars' and warns all fans of Dr. Cube that 'CUBE IS NOT COOL'. Dr. Keith sees a certain coolness to a Dr. Cube image on a thong or bikini brief. Louden would rather takes his eyes out with a scalpel than like that. Keith finishes by saying that having Louden on the show is like having the hot fudge, peanuts and cherry on his ice-cream sundae although Louden would rather be the sprinkles. NWA Executive Director Robert Trobich and David Marquez Recap
Keith asks for how long the NWA have been trying to take the titles away from TNA and why, due to the visibility of the TNA product? Bob says they had a business disagreement and says both companies agreed to go their separate ways earlier this year. The process of reclaiming the titles was said to be a short process. Dr. Keith asks Robert how long he has been affiliated with the NWA? Bob replies that he is predominantly a lawyer and has been involved in the NWA since 1980 and became more directly involved since 1988.
Bob repeats that while the NWA is synonymous with the past that they are looking forward to being a dominant fixture in the future beginning with the upcoming NWA title tournament. Keith asks about Glamour Boy Shane. Bob iterates that NWA are a global company 'and if you don't look global then you are FOOLISH,' and that 'Shane's been the man'. Dr. Keith asks about dark horses in the tournament. Bob replies that there are several although there is no other name that he'd like to have included in the tournament.
Dr. Keith asks about talent contracted to ROH PPV's. Bob says there's nothing to keep the guys working NWA dates. On a relationship with ROH? 'That's a little premature,' before putting over the product. Keith is OUTRAGED that there is no KAMALA in the tournament. Bob says he is happy with the sixteen names he has in the tournament. Keith mentions that Bryan Danielson said on Figure Four Daily how much he'd like to wrestle the Ultimate Warrior and whether it is money or politics keeping Warrior out of the tournament? Bob sys NEITHER. Before outlining the NWA's tradition of giving young talent the platform to shine.
Keith asks what else is on the card to keep the NWA name alive other than the Big Vision Entertainment DVD deal? Bob lists his battle plan for the future. Keith asks about the titles being defended abroad. David mentions that the women's title will shortly be defended in Japan. Keith wants to know the likelihood of a Mike Quackenbush and Dragon Soldier B title match? David states that Dragon Soldier B is MISSING.
Antonio Inoki is brought up. David confirms that Inoki is an NWA member and Bob assures us that a splendid future does exist between Inoki and NWA. Onto the future of the NWA and the possibility of television, PPV, and rivaling TNA? 'You have to walk before you can run,' replies Bob, pointing out how Jim Crockett Promotions failed by trying to become to big too quick. Bob can see TV and PPV coming along at some point in the future.
Keith talks about Jim Crockett. Bob hasn't spoken to the Crockett family in years since the failed WWA promotion with Paul Heyman. Between full members, associates and affiliates, Bob and David say there are about 2,000 members in the NWA. Keith wonders whether Robert Trobich can see himself as a future Western States Heritage champion? Sadly not. When will NWA reclaim its former glories? Bob says whether it be two years, six, or ten, that it will be done right but it will be okay if they never get to the level of WWE, 'then it will be okay'.
Texas RIOT TALK ~ YAY! David, the promoter of the show, says that he never seeks to openly promote rioting. The riot was unplanned and was due to Joey Ryan and Karl Anderson but you won't see it on an NWA brochure. Final question, how do they want NWA to be remembered in 2007?
