Raiders - 6
49ers - 7
Its hard to believe it but I complimented Tom Walsh in the last post, I know you're shocked.
San Francisco got a decent kickoff return all things considered.
Commercial Break!!!

San Francisco got a decent kickoff return all things considered.
- 1st and 10: Smith's pass to Eric Johnson good for 14 yards upto the 50 yardline.
- 1st and 10 at the 50: Gore with a big gain of 19 yards.
I remember Frank Gore from his days at Miami. He is perhaps most famous for getting hurt and exposing the world to Willis McGahee. - 1st and 10 at the Oak 31: Gore on the toss gets a gain of 2.
- 2nd down and 8: Smith's pass is pulled in for a first down by Arnez Battle.
Smith threw it high but Battle brought it in.
Asomugha was flagged for holding but the penalty was declined. - 1st and 10 at Oak 18: Eric Johnson on the reception from Alex Smith.
- 2nd and 1 after the 9 yard gain: Gore carries for the first down but there is a penalty flag. False start on the 49ers Antonio Bryant.
- 2nd and 7 at the Oak 16: Gore carries to the Oakland 10.
- 3rd and 1: Gore carries for a short gain. He was short.
- 4th and very short: Alex Smith on the carry and its no good. Ruled short.
Will Mike Nolan challenge?
Commercial Break!!!
- 1st and 10: Lamont Jordan carries out to the Raider 25.
A real nice run to get them out of a dangerous spot. - 1st and 10 at Oak 25: Jordan carries for a yard. Yeah, sounds pointless.
- 2nd and 9 at the Oak 26: Andrew Walter throws out to John Madsen up to the 32. Now they're ruling it incomplete. Takes away Madsen's first NFL catch.
- 3rd and 9: Walter's pass to Ronald Curry is over thrown.
- 4th and 9: Shane Lechler to punt for the first time, I'm surprised it has taken until the second quarter for me to write that.
Lechler kicked the hell out of the ball 66 yards!
A a 167 yard return to the 256 yardline.
