Was too depressed to live blog, so I'll hit the highlights.
Nice 72 yard punt return by Chris Carr.
That was the Raiders only real highlight in a 30-7 loss at Seattle.
If I were worried about over-confidence in Oakland last night beat it out of them.
Now we see the roster cutdowns tomorrow and prepare for 9/11 against the San Diego Chargers.
