I missed the first couple of plays as I was reading the rest of the groups thoughts on No Mercy.


Alex Smith picked up the first down on second down.

1. 1st and 10: Smith's pass is incomplete.
   
2. 2nd and 10 at Oak 36: Gore has a big gain on a screen pass before being ankle tackled by Stewart Schweigart.
   
3. 1st and 10 at Oak 43 after the 20 yard gain: Smith's pass caught by Arnez Battle to the Raiders 28. Gain of 15.
   
4. 1st and 10 at Oak 28: Robinson carries right down to the 22.
   
   I don't believe the Raiders defense is actually on the field this is easy for the 49ers.
   
   
5. 2nd and 6: Robinson carries for a short gain.
   
   The only reason the 49ers aren't up big is their own horribleness.
   
   
6. 3rd and 3: Eric Johnson on the catch, tackled by Michael Huff.
   
   Its short again.
   
   
7. 4th and short: Robinson carries, and it will be close. San Francisco missed again!
